ClasseS

  • New clients must arrive 15 minutes prior to their first class. Returning clients need to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class.

    Please note that our studio is 2 floors and allow yourself time to check in on the top floor, head downstairs, put your belongings in a locker, and get into the room prior to class start. Once the doors are closed for class, no late entry will be allowed.

  • Nothing is needed for any of our classes.

    All equipment, mats, and towels will be provided. RIDE shoes are available for rental or you are welcome to bring your own!

    Boxed water is available for purchase or water bottles can be filled at our water station.

  • Yes! Shoe rentals are free for members and $2 for other clients.

  • Yes! We provide sweat towels for all fitness classes and full sized towels for the showers.

  • The bike is SPD compatible.

  • No cell phones are allowed inside the RIDE or TRAIN rooms.

  • THE CLUB reserves the right to film classes per the Terms + Waiver

  • Once the doors close at the class start time as scheduled, they will not be reopened and no late entry will be permitted.

    We ask that all new clients arrive 15 minutes prior to class start and returning clients arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time.

  • We ask that all clients stay for the full 45-minute duration of class. Leaving early disrupts the experience for both the instructor and other clients, and it can also cause concern for our staff. When you sign up for class, you are committing to the full session.

    If you are feeling unwell, please exit the room as safely as possible. Our Front Desk team will respond immediately following our emergency protocol. For safety reasons, re-entry will not be permitted.

SOUTH END

  • THE CLUB’s SOUTH END location is located at 1200 S Graham St in South End Charlotte.

  • Yes! There are 45+ parking spots on site. Please grab a parking pass from the Front Desk to place in your car.

    There is also street parking on Graham St.

  • COFFEE

    Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm

    Saturday + Sunday 8am - 3pm

    COWORK

    Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

  • COWORK is free for all CLUB and Pertinacious clients!

  • Yes!

    On the COWORK floor we have Mens and Women’s restrooms.

    On the fitness floor we have two gender neutral restrooms and three gender neutral showers.

  • Yes! Pertinacious Coffee sells boxed water and the fitness floor has a water filling station.

Memberships + Class packs

  • Booking for all clients opens every Sunday at 5pm! Members will see a two week booking window and non-members will see a one week booking window.

  • Late cancelations (within 12 hours of class start) will incur a $10 fee. No shows will incur a $15 fee.

  • If a class is full, you will be put on the waitlist. Please show up to the studio as if you are in class. Available spots in class will be opened up to the waitlist 3 minutes prior to class start. We will do everything in our power to get you into class.

    If a spot becomes available in the class prior to the start of class, you will automatically be enrolled and will receive an email confirming your reservation.

  • Once the doors close for class start, they will not be reopened and no late entry will be allowed.
